I've been tracking all the new cocktails being created in the Los Angeles area, many of which have become blog stories. On my main page Russell-D, you'll find a number of choices. For me, when I lived in Mexico it was Herradura Anejo with a squeeze of lemon.  Before and after Mexico, it remains on 2 ice cubes,  2 oz. of Tanqueray Gin with a good sized squeeze of (preferred) lime, (if not available) lemon.  At restaurants sometimes ask for it straight up because I like the glass shape.   David Russell
